Question

What if any of my extension's come off:

For extensions that 'pop' off - during the FIRST week  of enhancement we offer a FREE replacement extension painted to the same colour/design  as the remaining extensions.

After the first week there is a charge of £5.00 per replacement

Should the extension snap or break down to usage for example: a fall or playing bowling,  a charge of £5.00 will be incurred for replacement and repaint.

Question

What if my gel polish chips or peels:

​

During the FIRST week of the gel polish being applied we offer a FREE polish to the chipped/peeled nail being of the same color of the remaining nails.

What if i need to cancel my appointment:

​

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. 

Please do give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours.  We are happy to re-book clients provided they have given some notice.
